    Permanent and temporary exhibitions fill 25,000 square feet of gallery space. Casual viewers will spend at least an hour, but real foodies will need a day to digest what's on display. You can imagine a trip along the paved roads of the Roman Empire, or the dirt back roads of New England in the early 20th century. Along the way, you might stop for a "bite" at the hot dog wagon, have a "drink" at the Art Deco bar, "down" cocktails on the First Class Deck of the Queen Mary, or you can even get in the kitchen of the Little Chef Diner and "whip up" a California burger and fries.
