    A new play written by Alexander Platt and Dave Rabinow and directed by Alexander Platt. Set in two adjacent motel rooms on the seedy side of town, VACANCY was conceived in the tradition of ETC's annual Go Go Plays: one play written by two playwrights, with surprising overlaps and simultaneous action. On one side of the wall, a small-time con has gone disastrously wrong. On the other, reality is being bent by illness, betrayal, and a supernatural visitation. Vacancy takes the audience on a voyeuristic journey through two disparate worlds, linked by common themes of greed, depravity, sin, and redemption.
