    FirstWorks is Excited to be presenting AILEY II, the junior company of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, for a series of residency activities in February, that kick-off FirstWorks' season of "Celebrating Ailey", culminating with the first-ever Rhode Island appearance of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in May, 2011. We would like to extend an invitation to members of the non-profit dance community for two of these events.

    Special reduced pricing for local dance professionals and university dance students:

    On February 10th, from 10:00 - 11:15am Ailey II will be presenting a special performance / demonstration for Rhode Island Youth at Veterans Memorial Auditorium in Providence.
